We are developing targeted formulations designed to overcome resistance to cancer therapies by modulating difficult-to-drug DNA repair proteins. Our initial focus is restoring sensitivity to PARP inhibitors, such as olaparib, in treatment-resistant homologous recombination-deficient cancers.
